Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Colombia's Abram Sarmiento started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Grêmio Prudente's Eleuterio Gaztea got a free kick in the 5th minute. Grêmio Prudente's Quinto Fonticoba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Carballar in the 7th minute of play. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Colombia from getting a goal against them. Kevin Mastache sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the game, Edson Ribeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 17 minutes Colombia's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eleuterio Gaztea who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Grêmio Prudente's Eleuterio Gaztea to fire away a dangerous shot which Pedro Manzanares despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Quinto Fonticoba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edson Ribeiro got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Abram Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Joshua Garrido had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quinto Fonticoba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 32nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucrețiu Grigore in the 34th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quinto Fonticoba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 40 minutes into the match, Grêmio Prudente's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Quinto Fonticoba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gomesano Gatica scored 2-0 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pedro Manzanares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Quinto Fonticoba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Grêmio Prudente's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Colombia's corner Axel Montenegro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Quinto Fonticoba quite easily take care of the ball. In the 47th minute, Edson Ribeiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edson Ribeiro made a kick off. Quinto Fonticoba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 55th minute of play. Grêmio Prudente's Quinto Fonticoba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Grêmio Prudente from getting a goal against them. Quinto Fonticoba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After 63 minutes of play, Grêmio Prudente's Edson Ribeiro made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pedro Manzanares was left in no man's land by his defense there! Axel Montenegro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 71stth minute tested the skills of Quinto Fonticoba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Quinto Fonticoba was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Axel Montenegro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-1 in the 73 minute of play. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucrețiu Grigore in the 79th minute of play. Abram Secada struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Quinto Fonticoba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Colombia. Luan Negri kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Eleuterio Gaztea charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eleuterio Gaztea the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eleuterio Gaztea hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 83 minutes into the match, Grêmio Prudente's goalkeeper Quinto Fonticoba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abram Secada. Abram Secada scored 4-2 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Quinto Fonticoba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Santino Seco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colombia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Grêmio Prudente.
