The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The tension between the HollywooDogs and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, HollywooDogs's Ademar Santana got a free kick in the 5th minute. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Cristian Sancho sped through HollywooDogs's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Chester Bennington. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardinho Alvarenga in the 13th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chester Bennington showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, HollywooDogs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Santana to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Ricardinho Alvarenga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Ricardinho Alvarenga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Chester Bennington tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 61 played minutes HollywooDogs got a freekick which was hit by Celsinho Couto. Tadeu Vargas hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Zé Pedro Mineiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, HollywooDogs's Chester Bennington got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Chester Bennington. The goal made the score 1-3. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Chester Bennington made a huge save. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. HollywooDogs's Ricardinho Alvarenga got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Chester Bennington made a huge save. Chester Bennington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 84th minute of play. The corner ended in Daniel Zorita almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but HollywooDogs's Chester Bennington did a great save. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Felix Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chester Bennington breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chester Bennington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 95th minute of play.
