Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Peter Blomkvist made the kick off which started today's match. In the 4th minute, Peter Blomkvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 8th minute, Abram Sarmiento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Colombia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Pedro Manzanares was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Peter Blomkvist capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Peter Blomkvist really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Nicasio Abad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 18th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares was out of position in the 23 minute of play, and Peter Blomkvist capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. In the 30th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalie and right to Pascual Carballar. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 33rd minute of play forced Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s goalkeeper Nicasio Abad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nicasio Abad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Montenegro in the 37th minute of the match. Kevin Mastache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Abad having to interfere. Colombia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Peter Blomkvist scored to the left of an out of position Pedro Manzanares, making the score, 4-1. 45 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Blomkvist came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abram Sarmiento made a kick off. Nicasio Abad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 51st minute of the match. The supporters of Colombia booed when Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Iago didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pietro Salles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Axel Montenegro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Nicasio Abad made a huge save. Santino Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Nicasio Abad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s Nicasio Abad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ from getting a goal against them. Kevin Mastache was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 83rd minute. Colombia's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pietro Salles in the 85th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicasio Abad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignacio Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 94 in the game by Abram Secada from a close distance when the talented Nicasio Abad managed to make a qualified save. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s players were relieved. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colombia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥.
