Pedro Manzanares came out and tried to block the shot, but Alessio Giolo slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 17th minute. Orlando Tafalla hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After having played for 21 minutes, Teobaldo Bayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juliszew SSA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Bayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Lucjan Szkarpiak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lucjan Szkarpiak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Szkarpiak in the 33rd minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Philip Lovecraft in the 36th minute. In the 40th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zhuo Xuan Yu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lucjan Szkarpiak might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lucjan Szkarpiak ran back to his position shaking his head. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Szkarpiak in the 44th minute of play. Lucjan Szkarpiak blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Pedro Manzanares successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abram Sarmiento made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Juliszew SSA's goalkeeper Zhuo Xuan Yu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santino Seco. In the 54th minute of the match Colombia got a corner. Juliszew SSA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Axel Montenegro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Pascual Carballar was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Zhuo Xuan Yu made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucjan Szkarpiak in the 58th minute of the match. When Kevin Mastache came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kevin Mastache couldn't finish the play. Juliszew SSA's Oto Mur was substituted for Lucjan Szkarpiak. 65 minutes into the match, Juliszew SSA's goalkeeper Zhuo Xuan Yu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Axel Montenegro. The audience thought a goal was coming when Santino Seco got free with Zhuo Xuan Yu in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antonio Indiano hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Juliszew SSA made a substitution. Zula Falke replaced Xiao Xu. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. The supporters of Juliszew SSA booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Indiano didn't get a good kick on the ball.
