The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match clock showed 8 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Mincho Robledo sped through Chile's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Thiago Pliego. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guo Ling Nan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mincho Robledo. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Preslav Famparski, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mincho Robledo in the 40th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Carballar kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Mincho Robledo sent off a good shot on target.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mincho Robledo in the 62nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Thiago Pliego saved Chile from getting behind. If Mariano Lacasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. THE CLUB made a substitution. Velyo Belutov replaced Zhelyo Haynadzhiev. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mincho Robledo, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. THE CLUB's Guo Ling Nan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 81st minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chile players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for THE CLUB.
