Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) MZKS Sharks Gdynia's Radomil Bielatowicz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rdth minute of the game Radomil Bielatowicz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Witalis Chmielecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Niek Wander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. After 7 played minutes Niek Wander rounded Ecuador's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. MZKS Sharks Gdynia's Radomil Bielatowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 16 played minutes MZKS Sharks Gdynia got a freekick which was hit by Szczepan Piwowarski. 18 minutes into the match, MZKS Sharks Gdynia's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Witalis Chmielecki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Witalis Chmielecki was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Niek Wander tried to sneak it across the goal line. MZKS Sharks Gdynia's Witalis Chmielecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute of play. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Bielatowicz in the 33rd minute of play. Witalis Chmielecki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniel Zorita went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 46th minute of the game. One of Ecuador:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of MZKS Sharks Gdynia:s goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Witalis Chmielecki made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 53rd minute. If Niek Wander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Witalis Chmielecki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niek Wander kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in MZKS Sharks Gdynia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 60th minute. Penalty! Artur Rakiewicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd minute Radomil Bielatowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Witalis Chmielecki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. MZKS Sharks Gdynia made a substitution. Gao Gang replaced Anthony Lucentini. Witalis Chmielecki was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 2-3. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Witalis Chmielecki having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Güntekin Enginer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Ecuador's Agustín Saelices slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Witalis Chmielecki. That made the score 2-4 after 96 minutes of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Ecuador eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
