After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Elliott Bergsten managed to get in a good position for a shot. A.A. Francana's supporters rose to their feet, but Elliott Bergsten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gualter Roriz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Delta FS's Gualter Roriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Koenig in the 22nd minute of play. Napoleon Tylenda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Álvaro Vilaverde kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Napoleon Tylenda to make the kick off. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Renan Melo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Álvaro Vilaverde during the 57th minute. Francana were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Delta FS's much stronger midfield.
