In the 12th minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gianluigi Orange saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute, Colombia's Samuel Navarro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Samuel Navarro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Colombia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Samuel Navarro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Colombia:s Pedro Manzanares showed great skill when he stopped Norbert Kosowski:s penalty. In the 18th minute Elano Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Colombia's Abram Sarmiento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gianluigi Orange narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 23 minutes into the game, Abram Sarmiento cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Gianluigi Orange showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 32nd minute of play forced Coice de Mula's goalkeeper Gianluigi Orange to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gianluigi Orange showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 37th minute of the match. The corner ended in Orlando Tafalla almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Coice de Mula's Gianluigi Orange did a great save. Colombia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Axel Montenegro in the 41st minute. A nice corner shot did that Axel Montenegro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gianluigi Orange quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Coice de Mula made a substitution. Franklin Moraes replaced Elano Salgado. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abram Sarmiento to make the kick off. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Snorri De Hond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Snorri De Hond, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Snorri De Hond took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 63rd minute of play forced Coice de Mula's goalkeeper Gianluigi Orange to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. 85 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Snorri De Hond came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Coice de Mula's Franklin Moraes got a free kick in the 87th minute. A collision led to Coice de Mula getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Carlos Gago hit a great ball. Kevin Mastache was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 92nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 94th minute, Ignacio Mastache reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gianluigi Orange. The goal made the score 2-2. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
