Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After 9 minutes Onagoity AFC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Gaudencio Gervaso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 11th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaudencio Gervaso saved Onagoity AFC from getting behind. After 13 minutes, Daniel Zorita made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Onagoity AFC's Gaudencio Gervaso tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 16th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Antonio Arias heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Arnoldo Columbo hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. In the 25th match minute, Onagoity AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Columbo to maneuver through the defense. Gaudencio Gervaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Onagoity AFC's Arnoldo Columbo got a free kick in the 30th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nestor Hug in the 32nd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Luis Andino notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Onagoity AFC's Gaudencio Gervaso. Gaudencio Gervaso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 36 minutes into the game, Cristian Sancho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Gaudencio Gervaso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Onagoity AFC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball.

In the 63rd match minute, Onagoity AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Costică Trandafir to maneuver through the defense. Nestor Hug recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaudencio Gervaso having to make a save. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Gaudencio Gervaso made a huge save. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Onagoity AFC's goalie and right to Felix Montenegro. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Onagoity AFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Felix Montes hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gaudencio Gervaso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 88 played minutes Onagoity AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nestor Hug. In the 92nd match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. Ecuador's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
