Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Victor Negara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Francisco Carballar's late challenge caught a Rovine Craiova's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Carballar helped the player get up and apologised. Jyrki Saarelainen was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The audience was convinced that Mariano Lacasa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Victor Negara was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. In the 18th minute of the game Nicolae Negrilă made a throw-in which Marcel Turcescu played forward. 24 minutes into the game, Mariano Lacasa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Victor Negara was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Manole Frunzăs short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Thiago Pliego to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Rovine Craiova getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Nicolae Negrilă hit a great ball. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Rovine Craiova's goalkeeper Victor Negara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Chile were awarded a corner. Mariano Lacasa went to the cornerflag to take it. When Mariano Lacasa came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Chile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Lacasa couldn't finish the play. Alexandru Tudorică fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thiago Pliego having to interfere. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Pedro Indiano hit a great ball. Alexandru Tudorică took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 38th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Thiago Pliego. Chile's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victor Negara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Orlando Casaus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Negara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Negara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Orlando Casaus hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcel Turcescu in the 48th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Mariano Lacasa made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Rovine Craiova's goalkeeper Victor Negara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. 61 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victor Negara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. 64 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Victor Negara narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Lacasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victor Negara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. 70 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Victor Negara. Rovine Craiova's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-5. Victor Negara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 73rd minute. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manole Frunză in the 75th minute of play. When Chile's Mariano Lacasa in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rovine Craiova's goalie prevented a goal. Victor Negara came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Victor Negara having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Mariano Lacasa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chile's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Lacasa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Negara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Rovine Craiova getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Costică Ştefănescu hit a great ball. In the 90th play minute Mariano Lacasa came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Victor Negara. 1-7. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcel Turcescu in the 95th minute of play. Chile's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
