Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Soliera's Gürcan Okuyan started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Jeremías Ledesma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 5 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Gürcan Okuyan came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th minute, Gürcan Okuyan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Sandrinho Vasconcelos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dante Lacasa having to make a save. 12 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jeremías Ledesma narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Soliera's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jeremías Ledesma came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Soliera's Armin Proietto got a free kick in the 20th minute. Jeremías Ledesma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Jeremías Ledesma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Anfilogino Bianchini got free with Dante Lacasa in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 33 minutes into the match, Soliera's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Jeremías Ledesma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeremías Ledesma. Jeremías Ledesma dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 41st minute. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Jeremías Ledesma despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jeremías Ledesma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jeremías Ledesma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 45th minute of the match. Jeremías Ledesma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval got a free kick in the 64th minute. Armin Proietto charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armin Proietto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 66th minute, one of Soliera:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Soliera. Soliera:s Jeremías Ledesma showed great skill when he stopped Joel Gaona:s penalty. In the 73rd minute Sandrinho Vasconcelos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jeremías Ledesma could save by the left post. Joel Gaona might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeremías Ledesma. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Gaona ran back to his position shaking his head. With his leg Jeremías Ledesma managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Mexico's Alberto Tafalla fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 82nd minute Eusebiu Nedelciu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusebiu Nedelciu in the 87th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Soliera's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Jeremías Ledesma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico played a much better game than Soliera and deserved their victory. The Soliera players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
