The referee ignored Tala Bosques del Jaure's protests and gave Napoleon Lewicki a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Tala Bosques del Jaure's Napoleon Lewicki got a free kick in the 10th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Koby Wright in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xove Tijerina prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jan Dixon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Xove Tijerina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. Cai Wei Xi might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jax Williamson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
