Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lesardo Moreno started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the game, Zinedine Benzema recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julio Vera. Zinedine Benzema showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Zinedine Benzema sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute, Julio Yeste made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Daniel Zorita charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Zorita the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Daniel Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. If Julio Yeste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baltazar Adán took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Agustín Saelices sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Baltazar Adán showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Montenegro, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. A collision led to AGT Team getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Lesardo Moreno hit a great ball. In the 40th match minute, AGT Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sindo Pabon to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, AGT Team's Lesardo Moreno sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Agustín Saelices hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. AGT Team's Julio Yeste shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 44th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Julio Vera but with some difficulty. In the 46th minute, Lesardo Moreno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AGT Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Baltazar Adán in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in AGT Team's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baltazar Adán came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. AGT Team's defense didn't have a chance, in the 57th minute, when Cristian Sancho scored to the left of an out of position Baltazar Adán, making the score, 3-1. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Felix Montenegro took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Baltazar Adán to make any attempt to save it. In the 63rd minute Sindo Pabon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes into the match, AGT Team's goalkeeper Baltazar Adán had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. In the 68th minute, Lesardo Moreno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AGT Team made a substitution. Benito Azofra replaced Sindo Pabon. The supporters of Ecuador booed when AGT Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lesardo Moreno didn't get a good kick on the ball. AGT Team's Baltazar Adán proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save AGT Team from getting a goal against them. Cristian Sancho scored 3-3 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baltazar Adán, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Baltazar Adán having to make a save. If Zinedine Benzema had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ecuador players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
