After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bogdan Kornatowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bogdan Kornatowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bogdan Kornatowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Bogdan Kornatowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 48th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bogdan Kornatowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bogdan Kornatowski came out and tried to block the shot, but Lautaro Mancebo slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 75th minute. When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peluchita Fc's goalie prevented a goal. After 84 minutes, Joel Gaona made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Peluchita Fc's Bogdan Kornatowski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Luca Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bogdan Kornatowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of Peluchita Fc booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felix Luque didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 96th minute of play forced Peluchita Fc's goalkeeper Bogdan Kornatowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Bogdan Kornatowski made a huge save. The Peluchita Fc fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Mexico were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
