Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th match minute, Dorking United FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zack Bye to maneuver through the defense. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zack Bye in the 8th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval got a free kick in the 9th minute. Jools Stamp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Dorking United FC's Isaac Prutton. Isaac Prutton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benji Corby in the 19th minute. In the 21st minute, Jools Stamp made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benji Corby in the 25th minute. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Karl Fletcher sent off a good shot on target. Isaac Prutton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 30th minute of play. In the 35th minute Facundo Cadaval suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 35 minutes, Benji Corby mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dorking United FC and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 36th minute, Benji Corby hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 38th minute of play forced Dorking United FC's goalkeeper Isaac Prutton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 40th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Prutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dorking United FC's Isaac Prutton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 41st minute of play. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Dorking United FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Mexico's Luca Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Isaac Prutton despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benji Corby in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante Lacasa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 48 minutes into the match, Dorking United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Isaac Prutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zack Bye made a kick off. The supporters of Dorking United FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the game, Benji Corby cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lautaro Mancebo scored 2-3 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isaac Prutton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 63rd minute of play forced Dorking United FC's goalkeeper Isaac Prutton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jools Stamp in the 66th minute of play. In the 67th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Prutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Isaac Prutton in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Isaac Prutton made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. Isaac Prutton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 73rd minute. Sean Hollingsworth struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dorking United FC. 82 minutes into the match, Dorking United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Isaac Prutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaac Prutton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benji Corby in the 92nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Gaona was extremely unlucky when he, in the 96th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mexico had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
