A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Alonso Berganza hit a great ball. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beek City's goalkeeper Arian Beqaj, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Milagros Fraga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Benny Stolle tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arian Beqaj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benny Stolle's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Julian Murillo scored 0-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arian Beqaj, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benny Stolle took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rolando Noboa. Rolando Noboa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. After 38 played minutes Peru got a freekick which was hit by Luz Tejedor. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Benny Stolle tried to sneak it across the goal line. Peru's Julian Murillo got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half Peru were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benny Stolle to strike the kick off in the second half. Johnny Bator got a throw-in 65 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Benny Stolle. Eliseo Mina struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Arian Beqaj didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Peru. In the 72nd minute of the game Alonso Berganza made a throw-in which Milagros Fraga played forward. Arian Beqaj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Milagros Fraga in the 73rd minute. Milagros Fraga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Arian Beqaj made a huge save. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rolando Noboa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benny Stolle's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benny Stolle in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Noboa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Julian Murillo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arian Beqaj. That made the score 2-3 in the 81 minute of play. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benny Stolle in the 86th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Beek City's goalkeeper Arian Beqaj had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafael Gallo. Benny Stolle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Rolando Noboa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Peru's Rafael Gallo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arian Beqaj. That made the score 2-4 after 95 minutes of play. The Peru players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
