Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Gaucho in the 4th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arthur Guedes in the 6th minute. Patricio Costa's late challenge caught a ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Costa helped the player get up and apologised. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s eAntonio Pardal was substituted for Doriva Vaz. In the 8th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the game, Arthur Guedes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Arthur Guedes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Ronaldinho Gaucho got a free kick in the 15th minute. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ronaldinho Gaucho in the 19th minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferhan Koçarslanoğlu to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho Gaucho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arthur Guedes struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙. If Ronaldinho Gaucho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arthur Guedes got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arthur Guedes in the 51st minute of play. A collision led to ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. eAntonio Pardal hit a great ball. Arthur Guedes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th match minute, ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Guedes to maneuver through the defense. 71 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Ronaldinho Gaucho came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ronaldinho Gaucho, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arthur Guedes went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. When ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Ronaldinho Gaucho in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Arthur Guedes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
