Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Casimiro Jatsu started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Casimiro Jatsu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Jatsu in the 8th minute of play. When Airborne FC's Casimiro Jatsu in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. Hugo Ferrant hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 14th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Carballo to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the game, Casimiro Jatsu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 25 minutes, Casimiro Jatsu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Airborne FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Casimiro Jatsu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Airborne FC's Benito Sanz threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Horia Lupu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 28 minutes into the match, Airborne FC's Casimiro Jatsu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Casimiro Jatsu scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 3-0. Eliseo Noboa made in the 33rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Airborne FC's César Sampaio. Casimiro Jatsu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Benito Sanz having to make a save. Eliseo Noboa kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Alan Moruga's late challenge caught a Airborne FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan Moruga helped the player get up and apologised. After 44 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Alan Moruga. Casimiro Jatsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Airborne FC made a substitution. Sven Lind replaced Danilo Principe. With a little luck, Airborne FC's Pedro Paulo Barreto got control of the ball when Aaron Alcocer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Airborne FC's Casimiro Jatsu. But to his dismay, Casimiro Jatsu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qin Xiang Chuan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Casimiro Jatsu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. After 66 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Ferrant. When Horia Lupu came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Airborne FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horia Lupu couldn't finish the play. Casimiro Jatsu took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. The supporters of Airborne FC booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Ferrant didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Jatsu in the 73rd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Hugo Ferrant hit a great ball. If Casimiro Jatsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Jatsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Efrain Moruga in the 78th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Airborne FC's Cássio Chaves. Horia Lupu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Abel Carballo fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Abel Carballo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, Abel Carballo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Hugo Ferrant got a free kick in the 82nd minute. In the 83rd minute Casimiro Jatsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the game, Casimiro Jatsu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Casimiro Jatsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Jatsu in the 90th minute of play. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Jatsu in the 92nd minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Hugo Ferrant in the 94th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Airborne FC's Çeliker Pekgöz. 95 minutes into the game, Casimiro Jatsu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 9-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the Airborne FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
