The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ. The Peru fans' excitement grew in the 16th match minute when Peru's Julian Murillo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Sustrai in the 19th minute of the match. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Taavetti Vihervä in the 29 minute of the game. Luz Tejedor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Jorge Loyola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Peru's Moises Gayoso to fire away a dangerous shot which Jorge Loyola despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Peru were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. Jorge Loyola didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Julian Murillo went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 47 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Jorge Loyola was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cipriano Sustrai to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Milagros Fraga came free, but Jorge Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goalkeeper Jorge Loyola had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Hulk Zaracho was substituted for Téo Toledo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milagros Fraga got free with Jorge Loyola in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Milagros Fraga received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jorge Loyola came out and tried to block the shot, but Milagros Fraga slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 77th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Sustrai came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute, Peru's Julian Murillo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Rafael Gallo took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Jorge Loyola to make any attempt to save it. 93 minutes into the match, Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Gallo came free, but Jorge Loyola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Petter Bivall got a free kick in the 94th minute.
