Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from George Lucas in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 30th minute, George Lucas reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marco Day. The goal made the score 1-0. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filomeno Bladi in the 37th minute of play. After 38 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was David Antunes who took care of the corner kick. With his leg Marco Day managed to avoid a goal in the 41stth minute, when αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's George Lucas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filomeno Bladi in the 43rd minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Cassius Byrne made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 53rd minute of play forced αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's goalkeeper Daniël Isla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filomeno Bladi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marco Day read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's Moritz Riedel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marco Day narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers George Lucas in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Day saved USA from getting behind. After 65 played minutes αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Jakue. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Monty Rogers's shot from long distance in the 67th minute was not bad at all, but αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ's Daniël Isla knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. Esteve Lando blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marco Day having to make a save. In the 73rd minute Filomeno Bladi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Filomeno Bladi in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marco Day saved USA from getting behind. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. Khalid Parry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sam Campbell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniël Isla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. After having played for 88 minutes, Sam Campbell managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. USA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sam Campbell was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sam Campbell got free with Daniël Isla in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. αѕαɗо γ ςαвεʀηετ were victorious despite being under pressure from USA for much of the match.
