After a rather tough play, Avencas AD's Cleiton Botelho got a free kick in the 10th minute. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Nunez Amato sped through Avencas AD's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leopoldo Oliveira. After a defensive mix-up in Avencas AD's zone, Oliver Hansted stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leopoldo Oliveira came out of the goal and Oliver Hansted tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the match, Avencas AD's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Hansted came free, but Leopoldo Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leopoldo Oliveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Amato in the 17th minute of play. In the 18th minute FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO were awarded a corner. Oliver Hansted went to the cornerflag to take it. At last the ball reached Valentinos Karapialis at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Avencas AD. 1-2. Zeca Barral's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Martin Chocholatý skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Avencas AD's Zeca Barral came free and shot a quick shot against goal 21 minutes in the game, fortunately Martin Chocholatý had problems saving as it came toward the left post. In the 22nd minute, Benjamin Sousa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nunez Amato fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Oliveira having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nunez Amato in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leopoldo Oliveira saved Avencas AD from getting behind. In the 27th minute Giannis Vamvakas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Oliveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leopoldo Oliveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Amato, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeca Barral got free with Martin Chocholatý in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christos Christodoulopoulos hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Zeca Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Martin Chocholatý tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martin Chocholatý showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renato de Sousa in the 55th minute of the match. Martin Chocholatý had in the 63rdth minute some difficulties stopping Duda de Queirós's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After a rather tough play, FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO's Petros Labellis got a free kick in the 68th minute. Nunez Amato's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leopoldo Oliveira firmly grabbed it by the left post. Nunez Amato could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Leopoldo Oliveira made a huge save. Nunez Amato in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leopoldo Oliveira, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Leopoldo Oliveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Hansted in the 80th minute of the match. Leopoldo Oliveira came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO's Christoforos Staboulis. But to his dismay, Christoforos Staboulis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. In the 86th match minute, Avencas AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleiton Botelho to maneuver through the defense. Nunez Amatos short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Leopoldo Oliveira to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 97 minutes into the match, Avencas AD's goal looked a bit too open when Oliver Hansted came free, but Leopoldo Oliveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

FC INTERNAZIONALE MILANO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
