But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Urbano Ortzi couldn't finish the play. In the 9th match minute, Bankero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Modestio to maneuver through the defense. 11 minutes into the game, Liwocz Brzyska FC's Snorre Bredal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eliseo Sazon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Arkadiusz Falkiewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arkadiusz Falkiewicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Liwocz Brzyska FC's Arkadiusz Falkiewicz got a free kick in the 14th minute. Eliseo Sazon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Inguma Bouzon went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. A sloppy throw-in by Damian Franzik in the 23rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Bankero FC's Ismael Frederico. In the 23rd match minute, Bankero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Frederico to maneuver through the defense. Andrzej Szarmach might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eliseo Sazon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andrzej Szarmach ran back to his position shaking his head. After 25th play minutes Inguma Bouzon shot 0-3, a short shot which went by Eliseo Sazon and just under the crossbar into goal. Eliseo Sazon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakub Pasterski in the 28th minute of the match. In the 29th match minute, Liwocz Brzyska FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tobiasz Bryk to maneuver through the defense. After 30 played minutes Bankero FC got a freekick which was hit by Cesar Claus. Inguma Bouzon might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eliseo Sazon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Inguma Bouzon ran back to his position shaking his head. 36 minutes into the match, Andrzej Szarmach notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Bankero FC's Eliseo Sazon. Eliseo Sazon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Bankero FC's zone, Andrzej Szarmach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseo Sazon came out of the goal and Andrzej Szarmach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41st match minute, Bankero FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Claus to maneuver through the defense. Eliseo Sazon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrzej Szarmach, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Bernardino Bertin came free with the goalkeeper in the 45th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Luís Caldeira could save by the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Bankero FC's zone, Andrzej Szarmach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseo Sazon came out of the goal and Andrzej Szarmach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Urbano Ortzi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eliseo Sazon was a little too slow when Andrzej Szarmach got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 54th minute. The score was now 0-5. Bernardino Bertin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Caldeira having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Liwocz Brzyska FC's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Ortzi came free, but Luís Caldeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enzo Ezkerra hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. When Inguma Bouzon came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Liwocz Brzyska FC fans jumped to their feet. A well placed Andrzej Szarmach short distance shot in the 77th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. 81 minutes into the match, Andrzej Szarmach dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Eliseo Sazon, 0-7. After a defensive mix-up in Bankero FC's zone, Andrzej Szarmach stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseo Sazon came out of the goal and Andrzej Szarmach tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andrzej Szarmach received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Eliseo Sazon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 89 played minutes Liwocz Brzyska FC got a freekick which was hit by Arkadiusz Falkiewicz. Bankero FC's Eliseo Sazon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrzej Szarmach in the 91st minute of play. Cesar Claus hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Inguma Bouzon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseo Sazon having to interfere.
Liwocz Brzyska FC played a much better game than Bankero FC and deserved their victory. The Bankero FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
