Spectators: 453 (Terracing: 340, Seating: 104, VIP seats: 9) Guayacó FC's Marcial Maura started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 8 minutes, Stephan Hammen made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Guayacó FC's Agustin Crescencio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 11th match minute, Guayacó FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Leoiar to maneuver through the defense. Agustin Crescencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent de Visser in the 11th minute of play. Agustin Crescencio came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Reimersbeek U23's Stephan Hammen. But to his dismay, Stephan Hammen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Christijan Roelofsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcial Maura kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aad Lurling. That made the score 1-2 in the 27 minute of play. Eulalio Manny charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eulalio Manny the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 35 played minutes Guayacó FC got a freekick which was hit by Eulalio Manny. When Vincent de Visser came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Reimersbeek U23 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vincent de Visser couldn't finish the play. Guayacó FC's Agustin Crescencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephan Hammen in the 37th minute of play. Agustin Crescencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent de Visser in the 42nd minute of play. Reinhard Lensen's late challenge caught a Guayacó FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reinhard Lensen helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Reimersbeek U23 getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Reinhard Lensen hit a great ball. The long shot by Sixto Leoiar in the 45th minute really tested Aad Lurling's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After the first half Reimersbeek U23 were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stephan Hammen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Christijan Roelofsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Herminio Hotz hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Herminio Hotz kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Agustin Crescencio was a little too slow when Stephan Hammen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 57th minute. The score was now 1-3. Agustin Crescencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stephan Hammen in the 61st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Reimersbeek U23 defense, Aldo Naelio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aad Lurling. The Reimersbeek U23 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aad Lurling should have stopped the shot. Marcial Maura kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Falco Wagemakers charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Falco Wagemakers the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Reimersbeek U23 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 76th minute. Penalty! Guayacó FC's Agustin Crescencio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Guayacó FC from getting a goal against them. Vincent de Visser came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Agustin Crescencio could save by the left post. In the 89th minute Stephan Hammen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Crescencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agustin Crescencio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vincent de Visser in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herminio Hotz in the 94th minute of play forced Reimersbeek U23's goalkeeper Aad Lurling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

After the break the players went out on the field to play the first half of overtime with revived energy in their legs. Guayacó FC's Marcial Maura started the play with the initial kick off. Christijan Roelofsen scored 3-4 in the 103rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Agustin Crescencio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Reimersbeek U23 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
