Spectators: 413 (Terracing: 316, Seating: 97, VIP seats: 0) Felix Aureo scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Giovanni Severo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Felix Aureo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lomas Centro's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Aureo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giovanni Severo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antonio Anaya recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Anaya in the 14th minute of play forced Ibipetuba's goalkeeper Giovanni Severo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Abel Veto sped through Ibipetuba's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Giovanni Severo. After 23 played minutes Lomas Centro got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Beti. Ibipetuba's Giovanni Severo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Aureo in the 25th minute of play. Giovanni Severo came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Lomas Centro's Abel Veto. But to his dismay, Abel Veto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Fabricio Ritchie made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Iuri Cerezo sent off a good shot on target. 30 minutes into the match, Lomas Centro's goalkeeper Fabricio Ritchie had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iuri Cerezo. If Abel Veto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giovanni Severo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Veto, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Fabricio Ritchie didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 37th minute, which inside left pole to 1-4. Abel Veto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Giovanni Severo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ibipetuba getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Douglas de Brito hit a great ball. In the 48th minute, Fabio Maidana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abel Veto to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Ibipetuba getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Douglas de Brito hit a great ball. After having played for 57 minutes, Antonio Anaya managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lomas Centro's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antonio Anaya was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 60th minute, Abel Veto made a precise shot to the right of Giovanni Severo. Ibipetuba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. The Lomas Centro fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Lomas Centro's Abel Veto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iuri Cerezo in the 78th minute of play forced Lomas Centro's goalkeeper Fabricio Ritchie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudinei Xavier's late challenge caught a Lomas Centro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claudinei Xavier helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Lomas Centro booed when Ibipetuba was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinei Xavier didn't get a good kick on the ball. Martin Benvide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Giovanni Severo having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Felix Aureo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lomas Centro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. In the 92nd minute, Nereo Dolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Giovanni Severo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Aureo in the 96th minute. After 96 minutes, Nelson Marquez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ibipetuba and the Lomas Centro players grew even worse after the yellow card.
