The supporters of Peru booed when Fc Molina di Quosa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Baruffa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julian Murillo might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rolf Skarsø. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Julian Murillo ran back to his position shaking his head.

The wind increased when Edoardo Corna made the kick off in the second half. Fc Molina di Quosa's Rolf Skarsø played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 64th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Pavel Lukšík was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fc Molina di Quosa's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. A collision led to Fc Molina di Quosa getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Pavel Lukšík hit a great ball. In the 72nd minute, Julian Murillo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rolf Skarsø. The goal made the score 0-4. In the 75thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fc Molina di Quosa's Rolf Skarsø was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Milagros Fraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Rolf Skarsø tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
