The referee felt a red card was in order, 4 minutes into the game, when Franz Beckenbauer put in a rough tackle. In the 4th minute, one of PREZULO FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for PREZULO FC. Jarbas Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 11th minute of the match. Jarbas Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, PREZULO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Jarbas Quadros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cassius Byrne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarbas Quadros having to interfere. Turgut Soyuer might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Turgut Soyuer ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Turgut Soyuer tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jarbas Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 32nd minute of the match. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 33rd minute. If Monty Rogers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jarbas Quadros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diego Bradley charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diego Bradley the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Diego Bradley hit a great ball.

The wind increased when Cassius Byrne made the kick off in the second half. Cassius Byrne was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Turgut Soyuer in the 59th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Monty Rogers kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jarbas Quadros. That made the score 1-2 in the 66 minute of play. PREZULO FC's He Xiao was substituted for Jonathan Otto. PREZULO FC's Betão de Brito was substituted for Saulão Chettle. When PREZULO FC's Isaac Ferreira in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye USA's goalie prevented a goal. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Ferreira in the 78th minute of the match. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. After 80 minutes USA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Shi Xi Zhen who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Shi Xi Zhen got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marco Day quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sam Campbell got free with Jarbas Quadros in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Ferreira in the 83rd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Isaac Ferreira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Day. USA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isaac Ferreira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. USA were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
