Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Vito Leite got the match started through his kick off. Cöpacabana FC's Dagoberto Loureiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 2nd minute of play. 5 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Dobromir Brudnicki came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dagoberto Loureiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Julio Vera was a little too slow when Vito Leite got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dagoberto Loureiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 22 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Cöpacabana FC's Dagoberto Loureiro. Dagoberto Loureiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 30 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vito Leite. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dagoberto Loureiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th match minute, Cöpacabana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tales Loureiro to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cöpacabana FC's Dagoberto Loureiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Cöpacabana FC from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Cöpacabana FC's Vito Leite got a free kick in the 58th minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vito Leite in the 62nd minute of the match. Dagoberto Loureiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 65th minute. Talha İstanbul recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cöpacabana FC made a substitution. Stig-Åke Benet replaced Vito Leite. 70 minutes into the match, Cöpacabana FC's goalkeeper Dagoberto Loureiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. After 73 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Talha İstanbul who took care of the corner kick. Cöpacabana FC's Talha İstanbul was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Brudnicki in the 76th minute of play. 81 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dagoberto Loureiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Dagoberto Loureiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Åke Benet in the 90th minute of play. Dagoberto Loureiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Talha İstanbul in the 95th minute of play. The Cöpacabana FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
