Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rubinho Zanette in the 82nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. JFSP's Moisés Novaes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save JFSP from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maurício Pires during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Maurício Pires hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. JFSP had played much better football throughout.
