Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Berganza took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, F.C. Paços de Ferreira's Joaquim Roriz got a free kick in the 4th minute. Isidoro Sarmiento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alexandre Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 16th minute of play forced F.C. Paços de Ferreira's goalkeeper Vitor Baia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Abraham Alguacil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitor Baia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Berganza took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vitor Baia. Vitor Baia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. F.C. Paços de Ferreira's Vitor Baia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Miralles in the 23rd minute of play. Domingos Macena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Miguel Miralles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Daniel Cabral kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Isidoro Sarmiento left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 44th minute of play forced F.C. Paços de Ferreira's goalkeeper Vitor Baia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Domingos Macena was the one to do the kick off. F.C. Paços de Ferreira's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Abraham Alguacil scored to the left of an out of position Vitor Baia, making the score, 0-3. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 58 minutes of play, Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vitor Baia was left in no man's land by his defense there! 66 minutes into the match, Panama's Tomas Berganza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vitor Baia narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute, Alex Cambeiro made a precise shot to the right of Vitor Baia. F.C. Paços de Ferreira's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. After 79 played minutes F.C. Paços de Ferreira got a freekick which was hit by Inácio Ferro. In the 80th minute of the match Abraham Alguacil sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vitor Baia skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to F.C. Paços de Ferreira getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Daniel Cabral hit a great ball. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Vitor Baia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. If Abraham Alguacil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 94th minute by Isidoro Sarmiento got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Vitor Baia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Panama's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
