Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cenan Yılkan kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honesto Idiaquez in the 4th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Seco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Alberto Gisbert got a free kick in the 6th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cenan Yılkan in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rabun Panjaitan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joaquin Gayoso came out and tried to block the shot, but Rabun Panjaitan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. Celso de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 25th minute of the match. Celso de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celso de Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Cazalla in the 30th minute of play. Celso de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 32nd minute of the match. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cenan Yılkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Cenan Yılkan sped through Uruguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Ubelteso Escandàn struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alfonso Ugarte. In the 45th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Seco to maneuver through the defense. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cenan Yılkan, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 48th minute Alfonso Ugarte were awarded a corner. Gabrio Barzana went to the cornerflag to take it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Seco to make the kick off. Alfonso Ugarte's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Francisco Seco scored to the left of an out of position Celso de Carvalho, making the score, 2-2. Rabun Panjaitan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 78 minutes into the game, Atauri Urquiaga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alfonso Ugarte's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uruguay the free kick. Atauri Urquiaga hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Celso de Carvalho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. In the 89th minute Cenan Yılkan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquin Gayoso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Camilo Franco took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Celso de Carvalho to make any attempt to save it. When the final whistle sounded Uruguay left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Alfonso Ugarte.
