Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Karol Kluczyk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Horacio Silvino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. Karol Kluczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Silvino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 20th minute of play forced La Mazorca's goalkeeper Karol Kluczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horacio Silvino in the 21st minute. Horacio Silvino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 25th minute of play forced La Mazorca's goalkeeper Karol Kluczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Andino got a throw-in 27 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Felix Montenegro. After some careless play in the La Mazorca defense, Daniel Zorita kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Karol Kluczyk. The La Mazorca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Karol Kluczyk should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horacio Silvino got free with Julio Vera in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 36 minutes into the match, La Mazorca's Horacio Silvino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Karol Kluczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 37th minute of play. When Ecuador's Cristian Sancho in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Mazorca's goalie prevented a goal. Horacio Silvino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bogumil Burowski kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The La Mazorca players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horacio Silvino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A throw-in in the 51st minute of the game was made by Primitivo Andino with Cristian Sancho as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 67th minute, Primitivo Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, La Mazorca's Rosendo Orkatz got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute, Daniel Zorita sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and La Mazorca's Karol Kluczyk didn't even have to move. In the 71st minute, Bernardo Ubendu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, La Mazorca's Karol Kluczyk got control of the ball when Cristian Sancho tried to sneak it across the goal line. La Mazorca made a substitution. Gregorio Richie replaced Bogumil Burowski. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 79th minute after La Mazorca's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Karol Kluczyk quite easily take care of the ball. Karol Kluczyk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Andino in the 82nd minute of play. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karol Kluczyk having to interfere. Rosendo Orkatz kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 95th match minute, La Mazorca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Peyo to maneuver through the defense. When Horacio Silvino fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Mazorca's protests and gave Horacio Silvino a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th match minute, La Mazorca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horacio Silvino to maneuver through the defense.
