It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hans Otterlei kicked off to start the match. A collision led to La Cosa Nostra getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Joel Suarez hit a great ball. In the 6th minute Hans Otterlei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Hans Otterlei had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hans Otterlei was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillermo Fontirroig during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 11th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Fontirroig to maneuver through the defense. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joel Delfino. Joel Delfino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Hans Otterlei succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-1 in the 18th playminute. In the 21st minute, Hans Otterlei made a precise shot to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hans Otterlei in the 26th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Otterlei in the 27th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd minute of play forced La Cosa Nostra's goalkeeper Joel Delfino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hans Otterlei went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. La Cosa Nostra's Joel Delfino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 38th minute of play. Joel Delfino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 41st minute of the match. When Chile's Mariano Lacasa in the 43rd minute got a chance for a shot 43rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Cosa Nostra's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Otterlei in the 46th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 47 minutes, Thiago Pliego successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mariano Lacasa made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Hans Otterlei came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In a very dangerous position, a player in Chile fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 55th minute. Penalty! Thiago Pliego had in the 56thth minute some difficulties stopping Hans Otterlei's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 58th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Tamayo to maneuver through the defense. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Otterlei, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hans Otterlei scored 5-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thiago Pliego, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joel Delfino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Orlando Casaus in the 63rd minute. La Cosa Nostra's Joel Delfino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save La Cosa Nostra from getting a goal against them. In the 68th minute Hans Otterlei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Cosa Nostra's Joel Delfino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save La Cosa Nostra from getting a goal against them. La Cosa Nostra's Bartolo Nesor was substituted for Arnaldo Perpinya. Mariano Lacasa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 76th minute Marciano Bizen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marciano Bizen, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Cosa Nostra's goalkeeper Joel Delfino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 83rd minute of play forced La Cosa Nostra's goalkeeper Joel Delfino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tytus Lepper hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, Marciano Bizen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Thiago Pliego was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-1. After 94 minutes, Gerardo Pozo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chile and the La Cosa Nostra players grew even worse after the yellow card. 94 minutes into the game, one of Chile:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave La Cosa Nostra a penalty, 96 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bartolo Nesor, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chile's Thiago Pliego. 7-1. Thiago Pliego didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marciano Bizen went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. When the referee blew the final whistle, La Cosa Nostra could leave the field as winners, despite Chile having more of the ball for most of the match.
