The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Paulo Txatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicky Bryson in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute of the game Al Whatley made a throw-in which Jose José played forward. Jannes Ruttens didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anibal Lluques went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Paulo Txatxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicky Bryson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julian Raymundo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Jannes Ruttens made a huge save. I.'s attentive Wilfredo Uxio managed to snatch the ball when Al Whatley made a throw-in in the 57th minute of the game. 59 minutes into the match, Q. T. I.'s goalkeeper Paulo Txatxu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicky Bryson. 61 minutes into the match, Q. T. Pipon Pipon made a substitution. Francesco Figueroa replaced Jose José. C. A. Pipon Pipon's Benito Morin was substituted for Al Whatley. Benito Morin made in the 77th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Francesco Figueroa immediately put the ball in play. After 80 played minutes C. A. Pipon Pipon got a freekick which was hit by Benito Morin. C. A. Pipon Pipon's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Q. T. I. had won, even though C. A. Pipon Pipon had held more of the ball.
