Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sérgio Monteiro kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 4th minute of play forced Sosnowe Klimaty's goalkeeper Kryspin Cwynar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Sosnowe Klimaty booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Rouco didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 10th minute of play forced Sosnowe Klimaty's goalkeeper Kryspin Cwynar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Dante Lacasa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Kryspin Cwynar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 15th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Denis Man came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kryspin Cwynar. Sosnowe Klimaty's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 28th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kryspin Cwynar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Gaona scored 0-2 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kryspin Cwynar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kryspin Cwynar. Kryspin Cwynar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Sérgio Monteiro was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 36th minute. Sosnowe Klimaty's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Kryspin Cwynar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 39th minute of the match. In the 40th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Joel Gaona made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Sosnowe Klimaty's Kryspin Cwynar managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 41st minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Man, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Mexico's Joel Gaona got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dante Lacasa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 59 minutes into the match, Sosnowe Klimaty's goalkeeper Kryspin Cwynar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. A collision led to Sosnowe Klimaty getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Xavier Angel Al Homaithe hit a great ball. Joel Gaona took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kryspin Cwynar. Sosnowe Klimaty's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 62nd minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sosnowe Klimaty's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Mexico's Luca Zorita getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 69th minute Teobald Szpakowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 minutes of play, Sosnowe Klimaty's Teobald Szpakowski made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kryspin Cwynar made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Luca Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Sosnowe Klimaty's Kryspin Cwynar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 80th minute of play. After 81 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Tafalla. Kryspin Cwynar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 86th minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kryspin Cwynar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sosnowe Klimaty's Denis Man. But to his dismay, Denis Man quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-4. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
