Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Nueva Lepra FC's Melchor Tome got a free kick in the 4th minute. Melchor Tome received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 7th match minute, Nueva Lepra FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joaquin Arias to maneuver through the defense. 19 minutes into the match, Nueva Lepra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Silvio Grabiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Grabiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Felix Montenegro got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 0-2. 22 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silvio Grabiel saved Nueva Lepra FC from getting behind. After some careless play in the Nueva Lepra FC defense, Felix Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silvio Grabiel. The Nueva Lepra FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silvio Grabiel should have stopped the shot. Silvio Grabiel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvio Grabiel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 38 minutes into the match, Nueva Lepra FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Silvio Grabiel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvio Grabiel. Silvio Grabiel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. In the 72nd minute, Cristian Sancho fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joaquin Cuartio during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Nueva Lepra FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Joaquin Cuartio hit a great ball. In the 74th minute, Daniel Zorita left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. 77 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvio Grabiel. Nueva Lepra FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-10. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silvio Grabiel. That made the score 0-11 in the 85 minute of play. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Nueva Lepra FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Mergildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Cristian Sancho kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Silvio Grabiel. That made the score 0-12 in the 92 minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, Luis Andino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-13. Silvio Grabiel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
