Sebastian Bialakowski kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Stefan Bejrut sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. 32 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stefan Bejrut. 33 minutes into the game, Barnaba Blochowiak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Brokopondo defense, Tomas Illescas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mauro Esteves. The Brokopondo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mauro Esteves should have stopped the shot. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Barnaba Blochowiak showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-2 in the 40 minute of play. In the 45thth minute of the game Barnaba Blochowiak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Barnaba Blochowiak put it in 6-2 from a short distance just to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 72 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. In the 77th minute, Barnaba Blochowiak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-2. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Barnaba Blochowiak went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-2 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Brokopondo fully deserved thier win.
