Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ademar Ramires, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eriberto Bonadona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The Mira United FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Rodolfo Pires made the kick off in the second half. Mira United FC's Eriberto Bonadona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Mira United FC's goalkeeper Eriberto Bonadona had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gregório Neiva in the 66th minute of play. Joel Gaona kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eriberto Bonadona breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 80th minute, Gregório Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. Mexico's Macos Graciani was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eriberto Bonadona in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 83rd minute, Mexico's Macos Graciani ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eriberto Bonadona. Eriberto Bonadona yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. Mira United FC's Eriberto Bonadona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 88th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Rouco got a free kick in the 91st minute. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feng Cheng Ling, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Mexico's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
