Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Yakut Vecihi made the kick off and thus started the match. Lei Wei Lin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 4th minute of play. In the 5thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Abbotsford FC's Lei Wei Lin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abbotsford FC's Lei Wei Lin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 10th minute of play. Rolando Noboa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yakut Vecihi in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Abbotsford FC's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Lei Wei Lin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yakut Vecihi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Rolando Noboa made a huge save. Lei Wei Lin came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Abbotsford FC's Yakut Vecihi in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Peru's goalie prevented a goal. Abbotsford FC's Lei Wei Lin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 34th minute of play. The throw-in from Pierre Haeberle in the 37th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. When Peru's Julian Murillo in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Abbotsford FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 41st minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lei Wei Lin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lei Wei Lin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 43rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Yakut Vecihi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Julian Murillo made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Eliseo Mina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lei Wei Lin. Abbotsford FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliseo Mina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 62nd minute, Peru's Julian Murillo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lei Wei Lin. Lei Wei Lin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Julian Murillos short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Lei Wei Lin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 70thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Abbotsford FC's Lei Wei Lin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Julian Murillo scored 0-5 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lei Wei Lin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Denny Commons made in the 82nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Lei Wei Lin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Gallo, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Rafael Gallo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lei Wei Lin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. 92 minutes into the game, Pierre Haeberle threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Abbotsford FC's goalkeeper Lei Wei Lin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
