Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jaime Pardo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jaime Obano made in the 7th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Paraguay's Juan Diego Tenorio. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Jacobo Nores successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Inautzi in the 16th minute of play. Jacobo Nores made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Fabian Inautzi sent off a good shot on target. MARADONA sublime 1986's Victor Arixo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hector Covarrubias in the 23rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Fabian Inautzi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jaime Obano got free with Jacobo Nores in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jacobo Nores made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Jaime Obano sent off a good shot on target. Hector Covarrubias struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Victor Arixo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paraguay. 33 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabian Inautzi. In the 34th minute, Jaime Obano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Pardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Victor Arixo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jaime Pardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Hector Covarrubias hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Fabian Inautzi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 44th minute Jaime Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Arixo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

In the 51stth minute of the game Fabian Inautzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paraguay's Jacobo Nores was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Inautzi in the 53rd minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by MARADONA sublime 1986's Fabian Inautzi. But to his dismay, Fabian Inautzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Hector Covarrubias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Victor Arixo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fabian Inautzi took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. If Fabian Inautzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eduardo Chap hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pardo in the 75th minute of play forced MARADONA sublime 1986's goalkeeper Victor Arixo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The MARADONA sublime 1986 fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when MARADONA sublime 1986's Fabian Inautzi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Fabian Inautzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Primitivo Escribano. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Goizeder in the 84th minute of play.
