Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) When Venezuela's Tomas Illescas in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karpaty Krosno's goalie prevented a goal. Wasyl Sidorowicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 7th minute of the match. In the 7th minute, Leon Gamza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, Tomas Illescas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Venezuela fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wasyl Sidorowicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wasyl Sidorowicz having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wasyl Sidorowicz saved Karpaty Krosno from getting behind. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benedykt Ranowiecki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Eugeniusz Lizewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wasyl Sidorowicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Wasyl Sidorowicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mateusz Kochanowicz in the 42nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Benedykt Ranowiecki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Benedykt Ranowiecki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mateusz Kochanowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andrzej Kapelski hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedykt Ranowiecki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wasyl Sidorowicz having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugeniusz Lizewski in the 61st minute of the match. Joshua Secada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wasyl Sidorowicz having to interfere. Karpaty Krosno's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patricio Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2.
