Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) After 4 minutes Honduras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Matej Adamec who took care of the corner kick. 6 minutes into the match, Tomáš Guzy dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Lautaro Navarro, 1-0. When FC Melon's Matej Adamec in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Honduras's goalie prevented a goal. Ján Tuleja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 20th minute of play. With a little luck, Honduras's Lautaro Navarro got control of the ball when Peter Holub tried to sneak it across the goal line. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. In the 33rd minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ján Tuleja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Holub, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Espiga was the one to do the kick off. Jaromír Mojžiš made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. Richard Kremeň made in the 52nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Jaromír Mojžiš. After 53 minutes, Esteban Carvallo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Honduras and the FC Melon players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Vladimír Madeja stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Vladimír Madeja tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Holub in the 63rd minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, FC Melon's Peter Holub nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. After having played for 69 minutes, Peter Holub managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Melon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Holub was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomáš Guzy blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Holub in the 72nd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Sebastian Villa took a quick shot and it went in 3-2 without a chance for Ján Tuleja to make any attempt to save it. Peter Holub fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomáš Guzy in the 87th minute of play. The supporters of Honduras booed when FC Melon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomáš Semenník didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the game, Tomáš Semenník threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
