Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mario Dewaele started the match with the kick off. Félix Cisneros hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 11th match minute, RockCity F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramiro Larrea to maneuver through the defense. After 12 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cagua Seoane was left in no man's land by his defense there! 15 minutes into the match, RockCity F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Cagua Seoane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24thth minute of the game Mario Dewaele who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. RockCity F.C. were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Trynda took the corner. RockCity F.C.'s Daniel Trynda was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cagua Seoane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Cristian Sancho hit a great ball. In the 37th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cagua Seoane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cagua Seoane was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mario Dewaele recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cagua Seoane narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Ecuador booed when RockCity F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Reborio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Mario Dewaele sent off a good shot on target. In the 48th minute RockCity F.C. were awarded a corner. Daniel Trynda went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Daniel Trynda almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. In the 55th minute, RockCity F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Felix Montenegro fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 61 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cagua Seoane. RockCity F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. RockCity F.C.'s Angelo Oliverio was substituted for Ramiro Larrea. In the 65th minute, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cagua Seoane. Cagua Seoane yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mario Dewaele, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damián Diaz in the 76th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cagua Seoane made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Mario Dewaele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Mario Dewaele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th minute, Damián Diaz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. RockCity F.C.'s Cagua Seoane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 91st minute of play. After a rather tough play, RockCity F.C.'s Damián Diaz got a free kick in the 95th minute. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
