In the 14th minute, Virgílio Serpa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MC ESPANHOL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. A well-hit corner resulted in Severino Ribeiro heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Nurkan Ereken was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Cosimo Vettori. Nurkan Ereken was out of position in the 29 minute of play, and Frits Evenhuis capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Frits Evenhuis really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. 32 minutes into the game, Galip Tezal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. D.e.s.n.a's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MC ESPANHOL the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in D.e.s.n.a fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! Şimşek İleri's late challenge caught a MC ESPANHOL's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Şimşek İleri helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to D.e.s.n.a getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Şimşek İleri hit a great ball. After some careless play in the D.e.s.n.a defense, Virgílio Serpa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nurkan Ereken. The D.e.s.n.a fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nurkan Ereken should have stopped the shot. 46 minutes into the game, MC ESPANHOL's Mauro Nascimento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nurkan Ereken made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 8-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Ersen Bumba made the kick off in the second half. The MC ESPANHOL fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when MC ESPANHOL's Frits Evenhuis looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Aldo Giovannelli was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 59th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 85thth minute of the game Frits Evenhuis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but D.e.s.n.a's Nurkan Ereken was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nurkan Ereken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgílio Serpa in the 87th minute of the match. Nurkan Ereken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Ribeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frits Evenhuis in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nurkan Ereken saved D.e.s.n.a from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frits Evenhuis in the 91st minute of play forced D.e.s.n.a's goalkeeper Nurkan Ereken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Virgílio Serpa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 13-0. Nurkan Ereken was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ersen Bumba during the 96th minute.
