Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Ivo Oja sent off a good shot on target. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ivo Oja showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 5 minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Gonzales came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute of the game Carmelo Polentzi made a throw-in which Candido Garin played forward. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Ernesto Fe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernesto Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 24th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. When Ubaldo Gonzales came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the Cavallino Rampante II fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ubaldo Gonzales couldn't finish the play. Ivo Oja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute, Ubaldo Gonzales got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 34th minute, Jonas Olivar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manuel Ioritz scored 2-0 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivo Oja in the 53rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivo Oja in the 55th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernesto Fe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 59th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Ernesto Fe in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tomas Illescas scored 2-1 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ernesto Fe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Cavallino Rampante II fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Cavallino Rampante II's Ubaldo Gonzales looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 76th minute, Ubaldo Gonzales ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. When Cavallino Rampante II's Ubaldo Gonzales in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Arnaldo Ellande hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. After having played for 87 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cavallino Rampante II's Fabian Jarosiewicz got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cavallino Rampante II fully deserved thier win.
