Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Serafino Bazil kicked off to start the match. Serafino Bazil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. In the 5th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Felix Montes got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 12th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Magdaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Magdaleno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. In the 25th match minute, Darkness was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafino Bazil to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Magdaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Magdaleno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Montenegro in the 29th minute of the match. Bruno Magdaleno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 31st minute of play. After 34 minutes of play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Magdaleno was left in no man's land by his defense there! Darkness's Bruno Magdaleno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Agustín Saelices in the 41st minute of play. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Serafino Bazil sent off a good shot on target. Serafino Bazils short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Julio Vera to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. Ole-Gunnar Klose fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Magdaleno prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Magdaleno having to interfere. Bruno Magdaleno made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Darkness's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Darkness's Bruno Magdaleno managed to reach the ball for a save. Bruno Magdaleno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Darkness's Kane Einstein got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Daniel Zorita put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Bruno Magdaleno. In the 79th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Magdaleno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Darkness were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rodolfo Hori took the corner. The corner ended in Rodolfo Hori almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. 95 minutes into the game, Darkness's Benigno Canor nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2.
