Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Generoso Nazario started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Felipe Ros hit a great ball. Miguel Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Generoso Nazario in the 5th minute. Generoso Nazario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. In the 11th match minute, Defensores de Fasano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Brion to maneuver through the defense. Roland Deutsch received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcos Cotilla came out and tried to block the shot, but Roland Deutsch slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Deutsch in the 24th minute of play. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Andrade in the 26th minute of play. In the 41st minute Roland Deutsch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 48 minutes, Generoso Nazario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Defensores de Fasano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Generoso Nazario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Generoso Nazario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcos Cotilla having to interfere. Luiz Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Ros to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute of the match Luiz Andrade sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcos Cotilla skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Defensores de Fasano booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aaron Barrios didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Abraham Alguacil notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Defensores de Fasano's Deng Liang Yao. Deng Liang Yao was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Defensores de Fasano made a substitution. Ruben Teodor replaced Generoso Nazario. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmar Pes in the 73rd minute of the match. A collision led to Defensores de Fasano getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Mateo Brion hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores de Fasano's zone, Abraham Alguacil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Deng Liang Yao came out of the goal and Abraham Alguacil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Deutsch in the 93rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Delmar Pes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that Defensores de Fasano were the better team. Defensores de Fasano's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
