Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Okan Golovichev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Okan Golovichev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Karapinar's Marcus Mazza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 14th minute of play. Çağdaş Ersayın succeeded in the game's 16th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Marcus Mazza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 19th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Colombia defense, Okan Golovichev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pedro Manzanares. The Colombia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Manzanares should have stopped the shot. Karapinar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colombia the free kick. Karapinar's Marcus Mazza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 39th minute of play. Orlando Tafalla got a throw-in 41 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Santino Seco. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abram Secada got free with Marcus Mazza in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karapinar were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Colombia for a fine match.
