In the 4th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Sandell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 8th match minute, Telge77 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jim Sjögren to maneuver through the defense. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gert Örtendahl in the 10th minute of play. Patricio Costa's late challenge caught a Telge77's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Costa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mariano to maneuver through the defense. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret in the 13th minute of play. George Sandell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 2-0 became the score in the 16th minute when Adam Jelm elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Patricio Costa hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg George Sandell saved Telge77 from getting behind. The supporters of Telge77 booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Jelm came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Gert Örtendahl came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. George Sandell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 32nd minute of the match. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without George Sandell having to interfere. Jim Sjögren made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret immediately put the ball in play. Patrick Martinsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Örjan Stenman made in the 46th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jim Sjögren however managed to control. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret in the 48th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret to strike the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but George Sandell made a huge save. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. After 56 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret who took care of the corner kick. George Sandell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 59th minute of play. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but George Sandell made a huge save. Jarl Sjöö's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret in the 64th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, Telge77's Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Telge77's Jarl Sjöö. But to his dismay, Jarl Sjöö quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Telge77's Herman Lagerberg was substituted for Jarl Sjöö. Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret managed to get in a good position for a shot. Telge77's supporters rose to their feet, but Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the game, Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 85 minutes of play, Telge77's Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 96 minutes, Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Telge77's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jean-Baptiste Xavier Lloret was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Telge77 players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
