Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Edmundo Espiga was slow to take the kick. During this time Honduras's players had a chance to rest. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Espiga in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arsenio Manni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arsenio Manni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cacá Diniz hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Luca Espinar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Arsenio Manni. Laus Deo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 28 minutes, Luis Alberto Moura made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Honduras's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gildo Tande 30 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. In the 38thth minute of the game Edmundo Espiga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Laus Deo's Arsenio Manni was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Honduras from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Espiga to make the kick off. Edmundo Espiga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Arsenio Manni when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Esteban Carvallo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arsenio Manni having to interfere. Arsenio Manni was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Sebastian Villa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sebastian Villa really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Edmundo Espiga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Arsenio Manni when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Edmundo Espiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Honduras's supporters rose to their feet, but Edmundo Espiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arsenio Manni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Alberto Moura in the 78th minute of play. In the 84th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Manni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Esteban Carvallo got a free kick in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Luis Alberto Moura notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Honduras's Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 93 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Alberto Moura came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Laus Deo had won after a very even match.
