Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Joel Gaona kicked off to start the match. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 5th minute of the match, Dorel Cretu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dante Lacasa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 9th minute. At last the ball reached Luca Zorita at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of FC Truseni. 0-1. Anibal Aritza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FC Truseni defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anibal Aritza. The FC Truseni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anibal Aritza should have stopped the shot. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Anibal Aritza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Aritza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anibal Aritza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Anibal Aritza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Joel Gaona's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anibal Aritza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. 37 minutes into the game, Leonid Nazaria was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Truseni's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. In the 37th minute, Leonid Nazaria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anibal Aritza came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. The FC Truseni players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Mexico were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dorel Cretu to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Mircea Dadu came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 55 minutes FC Truseni's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. Lautaro Mancebo kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 57thth minute. Though ot was a great shot FC Truseni's keeper Anibal Aritza was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Anibal Aritza in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 69 minutes into the match, FC Truseni's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Anibal Aritza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Truseni's Eugen Tabãrã was substituted for Radu Briceag. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorel Cretu in the 79th minute of play. After some careless play in the FC Truseni defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anibal Aritza. The FC Truseni fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anibal Aritza should have stopped the shot. FC Truseni made a substitution. George Pãduret replaced Dorel Cretu. With a little luck, FC Truseni's Anibal Aritza got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Anibal Aritza made a huge save. Felix Luque kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
